ABOUT Victoria

Industry veteran Victoria Hunt-Weiss, Vice President and Director of Affordable Housing Services, has been in the title industry for 35 years. In 1989, she formed the first and only Affordable Housing Division in the title industry and is deeply committed to this area of the marketplace.

Her staff is highly trained and specialized in all aspects of Affordable Housing including tax credits, bonds, and HUD funded transactions. For the last 26 years, the team has successfully closed 80 to 90% of the Affordable Housing transactions in Southern California and is proud of the long term relationships they have developed.

As an active member of SCANPH, the Southern California Association of Non Profit Housing Developers, she stays involved in any new issues, regulations, and developments to ensure the title and escrow staff stays current with the needs of the developers, their lenders, attorneys, and other team members.

Raised and educated in London, England, she emigrated to the United States and quickly fell in love with the Southern California lifestyle. She resides with her husband in Malibu and they enjoy riding their four horses, hiking, traveling, and reading.
