ABOUT Kristen

Kristen Hueter, VP, Special Commercial Underwriter for Fidelity National Financial, joined the title industry nearly 35 years ago and has not looked back since. Over the course of her career, she held national accounts, operational, and managerial positions before finding her true passion in underwriting. In her current role, Kristen oversees underwriting for multi-site and multi-state transactions for Fidelity National Financials’ National Commercial Services (NCS) western operations. 

Kristen has underwritten title insurance in excess of $1B for significant projects throughout the nation. Although well-versed in all areas of real estate, Kristen’s niche is in commercial transactions including development, construction loans, healthcare, low income (bond, tax credit, HUD), office, and industrial.

Kristen is a Southern California native. She was raised in Irvine and attended San Diego State University, where she obtained her degree in Business Finance. In her free time, Kristen enjoys an active and engaged lifestyle of travel, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
