ABOUT Keith

Title industry veteran Keith Warther serves as Vice President and Sales Manager of Commonwealth Land Title Company's National Commercial Services division. In his current position, he manages sales executives in the Southern California region, in addition to developing Commonwealth's Arizona commercial sales operations.

His experience has proven an ideal platform upon which to establish himself as a highly qualified and diverse professional.

Keith's clients describe him as knowledgeable, committed, hardworking, and helpful. They appreciate his amiable personality and value his work ethics and determination to "get it done". Keith approaches each of his client's unique transactions with meticulous attention and competence. He enjoys maintaining long term relationships with his clients that include commercial brokers, portfolio managers, attorneys, principals, lenders, agents, investors, and builders.

In addition to servicing his extensive network of clients, Keith strategizes on new business ideas and assists with trainings as he stays atop current regulations and news within the industry. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of title, gladly taking time to educate others in the real estate industry. His professional affiliations include NAIOP.

Keith grew up in southern Orange County and still resides in the area. He is a proud father to five children, and he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his children in sports. He stays active by surfing, paddle-boarding, biking, running, and golfing.
