Karen is known for her ability to navigate intricate transaction structures with precision and calm. Even after four decades in the industry, she remains passionate about escrow and dedicated to delivering an elite level of service.

Karen is a proud mom who adopted her foster children, and she is an avid animal lover. She currently cares for 17 pets including nine rabbits, two dogs, five cats, and a cockatiel. In her free time, she enjoys riding quads and camping in Parker, Arizona and Glamis, California with her family, friends, and pets.
