His background is only from the leading title insurance companies in the industry where he has served in Underwriting Counsel capacity. He brings to the table a full understanding of escrow and national coordination in the most complex commercial transactions.

Jim’s comprehensive experience and knowledge in Underwriting and Title Insurance provides valuable insight to his colleagues and is a great asset at Commonwealth Land Title Company.

As a native of Los Angeles, Jim earned his Bachelors at California State University, Los Angeles and his JD from Whittier Law School.
