A graduate of the University of Maryland, Doug transitioned to the industry after building an accomplished career with another large title insurance provider. Overseeing regional operations, he managed a range of elements including profit and loss accountability, recruiting and human resources, sales, sales management, establishing and maintaining banking relationships, and the acquisition and implementation of industry-specific software. His discerning nature and strong leadership skills made Doug an ideal addition to the Commonwealth organization, which maintains a focus on providing reliable services, outstanding customer care, and an evolving technological platform.
