Debby Zankich Magliocco is an experienced professional with over 35 years in the title and escrow industry. She currently serves as the Vice President and Commercial Escrow Officer at Commonwealth National Commercial Services in San Jose, California.

Debby began her career in 1987, working in the commercial department where she assisted developers, investors, and commercial brokers. In 1992, she expanded her expertise to residential sales and refinance transactions, further enhancing her knowledge of the business. In addition to residential and commercial sales, Debby has extensive experience with construction loans, SBA financing, and 1031 Exchanges. For the past three years, her work has been focused exclusively on commercial transactions in the greater San Jose area.

She has successfully adapted to the ever-changing real estate market, consistently delivering exceptional service. Debby prioritizes communication, responsiveness, and expertise in her dealings.
