Connor Cosand is a Sales Executive serving the San Francisco territory with Commonwealth National Commercial Services. Though new to the title and escrow industry, Connor brings a vibrant energy, a people-first mindset, and a strong commitment to building meaningful relationships with real estate professionals. His goal is to enhance their businesses by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the title process.

Connor’s passion for real estate stems from its dynamic, relationship-driven nature—an ideal match for his personality and background. He chose this career to blend his strengths in relationship-building with strategic business thinking, aiming to make a lasting impact in the industry. Inspired by the excellence and integrity of the Commonwealth team, especially Paul Monaco and the dedicated staff in the San Jose office, Connor is eager to learn and grow alongside seasoned professionals.

Currently immersing himself in all facets of the business, Connor has a particular interest in investment exchanges and 1031 exchange transactions. He describes himself as driven, approachable, and dependable, always seeking opportunities to support and elevate those around him. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. Originally from Pacific Grove, CA, he is an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing in the Sierra Nevadas, playing pick-up basketball, and hiking on weekends. His love for golf, lacrosse, and football reflects his active lifestyle and team-oriented spirit.
