ABOUT Amy

Amy S. Musselman is a 28 year veteran of the National Real Estate Coordination and Title Industry. Amy began her career with Commonwealth Land Title Company as a National Real Estate Coordinator in 1986. Throughout the years, Amy continued honing her skills and increasing her title underwriting knowledge as she managed and coordinated single and multi-site real estate projects locally and nationally.

In addition to operating as the centralized title contact for the principals, their counsels and related parties; Amy addresses and assists with all aspects of providing clear title and identifies and complies with all State and National underwriting and settlement guidelines.

During her almost 30 year career in the title industry, Amy has worked for several of the major title insurance companies and their top producers, thereby further expanding her knowledge and national exposure. Amy specializes in national multi-site/multi-state projects and is well versed in the nuances of coordinating all facets of residential, industrial and commercial transactions.

Amy’s efforts are supported by Miriam Franco, a National Coordinator with 11 years in the real estate and title insurance industry. They are an uncompromising team with a focus and dedication to ensuring timely and successful closings.
